2 tablespoons sugar
1/8 teaspoon baking soda
Heat a ladle or small pan over low heat
Add the sugar and let it melt until golden brown
Stir gently until fully melted
Remove from heat
Add the baking soda
Mix quickly until the mixture turns light and foamy
Pour onto parchment paper or a silicone mat
Flatten lightly with a spatula or press with a flat tool
Press a cookie cutter or stamp into the center if desired
Let it cool completely until hardened
