Hold a golden apple or golden carrot
Feed the golden apple or golden carrot to each tamed horse
Wait for hearts to appear above both horses
Keep the horses close together
A foal will spawn
Feed the foal to help it grow faster
Repeat with two adult tamed horses to breed more horses
