Write the letter lightly in pencil
Draw a rounded outline around the letter
Keep all corners soft and curved
Make the outline thicker and evenly spaced
Connect any separate parts smoothly
Erase the original letter lines inside the outline
Add a small highlight shape if desired
Trace the final bubble letter with a darker pen or marker
Color the letter in if wanted
