Open Settings
Tap Cellular or Mobile Data
Make sure Cellular Data is turned on
Tap Cellular Data Options
Tap Cellular Network or Mobile Data Network
Enter the correct MMS settings from your carrier
Make sure MMS Messaging is turned on
Make sure Group Messaging is turned on if needed
Restart your iPhone
Test sending a picture message
Contact your carrier if MMS still does not work
