Open the Phone app
Tap Recents
Tap the i icon (or Details) next to any recent call from the blocked number
Scroll to the bottom and verify it shows as Blocked/No Caller ID (if applicable)
Open Settings
Tap Phone
Tap Blocked Contacts
View the list of blocked numbers there
To unblock, swipe left on a blocked contact and tap Unblock
