Crush 36 Oreo cookies into fine crumbs
Mix the crumbs with 8 oz softened cream cheese until fully combined
Roll the mixture into small balls
Place the balls on a lined baking sheet
Chill the balls in the refrigerator for 30 minutes
Melt 12 oz chocolate or candy coating
Dip each chilled ball into the melted coating
Let excess coating drip off
Return the coated balls to the lined baking sheet
Add sprinkles or drizzle if desired
Chill until the coating is set
