Find a White Tulip, Lily of the Valley, or Oxeye Daisy
Open a crafting table or your inventory crafting grid
Place the flower in any crafting slot
Take the White Dye from the result slot
Alternatively, place Bone Meal in a crafting slot to make White Dye in older versions where applicable
