Press the Scroll Lock key on your keyboard
Press Fn + Scroll Lock if your keyboard uses an Fn key
Press Shift + Scroll Lock on some laptops
Use the On-Screen Keyboard in Windows and toggle ScrLk off
On a Mac, use a Windows keyboard or disable Scroll Lock through the keyboard utility if available
Check your keyboard’s indicator light to confirm Scroll Lock is off
