Open the Phone app
Tap the menu or settings icon
Select Call settings
Tap Call forwarding
Choose the forwarding option you want to cancel
Turn it off or delete the forwarding number
Save the changes
If needed, dial your carrier’s deactivation code
Restart your phone if the change does not take effect immediately
