Open the Facebook app or website and log in
Go to your profile, a group, or a page where you want to create the poll
Start a new post
Select the Poll option if it is available
Enter your poll question
Add your answer choices
Set the poll duration if prompted
Adjust any privacy or audience settings if needed
Review the poll
Click Post or Publish
