Open the YouTube app or website
Sign in to your Google account
Go to your profile picture
Select Settings
Open History and privacy
Choose Clear watch history
Choose Clear search history
Confirm your choice
To delete individual items, open History
Find the video or search item
Select Remove from watch history or Remove from search history
To pause history, go to History and privacy
Turn on Pause watch history
Turn on Pause search history
To delete all YouTube activity, open Google My Activity
Select Delete activity by
Choose All time
Select YouTube History
Confirm deletion
