Open Instagram
Go to your profile
Tap the menu icon
Tap Accounts Center
Tap Accounts
Select the Facebook account
Tap Remove from Accounts Center
Confirm the removal
If needed, log out of Facebook in Instagram settings
Check that cross-posting is turned off in Sharing and connected experiences settings
