Draw a small curved line for the top outer edge
Extend the line downward in a larger C-shape
Add an inner curved line following the outer shape
Draw a small fold line near the top inside
Add another curved line in the center for the ear canal area
Shape the lower part into a soft rounded lobe
Connect and smooth all lines
Darken the main outlines
Erase any extra sketch marks
