Go to the official Riot Games website
Create a Riot account if you do not already have one
Sign in to your Riot account
Start the League of Legends download or account creation process
Select the EU West or EU Nordic & East region if prompted
If no region option appears, use the Riot account region settings or the EU client
Download and install the League of Legends client
Launch the client and log in with your Riot account
Complete any required account verification
Make sure your account region is set to Europe before playing
If needed, contact Riot Support to change or confirm your region
