How To Make Aloo Chips?

Wash and peel the potatoes

Slice the potatoes very thinly

Soak the slices in water for 15 to 20 minutes

Drain and pat the slices completely dry

Heat oil in a deep pan

Fry the potato slices in batches until golden and crisp

Remove and drain on paper towels

Sprinkle salt or your preferred seasoning while hot

Serve after cooling slightly
