Open Facebook and log in
Go to the Menu or Events section
Click Create
Select Event
Choose the event type
Add an event name
Set the date and time
Add the location or choose online
Add a description if needed
Add a cover photo if desired
Choose the audience or privacy setting
Review the event details
Click Create or Publish
Invite friends or share the event
Edit the event later if needed
