2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon sugar
3/4 cup plain yogurt or milk
2 tablespoons olive oil
Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C)
Mix flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar in a bowl
Add yogurt or milk and olive oil
Stir until a dough forms
Knead lightly until smooth
Add a little more flour if sticky
Roll or press dough into a pizza shape
Place on a baking sheet or pizza pan
Add sauce and toppings
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until golden and cooked through
