Gather 4 blocks of soul sand or soul soil
Gather 3 wither skeleton skulls
Place 3 soul sand or soul soil blocks in a T shape
Put 1 soul sand or soul soil block on top of the center block
Place the 3 wither skeleton skulls on top of the three upper blocks
Make sure the area is clear before spawning the Wither
