Close Picasa 3 completely
Open File Explorer
Go to `C:Users
Copy the entire `Picasa2` folder to the new drive
Paste it to the desired location, such as `D:Picasa2`
Open Picasa 3
If Picasa opens normally, close it again
Move or rename the original `Picasa2` folder on the C drive
Create a junction link from the old location to the new one using Command Prompt as Administrator
Run this command: `mklink /J “C:Users
Start Picasa 3 again
Verify that the database and library open correctly
If needed, update any folder paths inside Picasa to match the new drive locations
