Open the Meta AI app
Tap your glasses in the app
Go to Camera settings
Check whether 60 FPS recording is supported on your model and firmware
Update the glasses firmware if an update is available
Update the Meta AI app to the latest version
Turn on High Frame Rate or 60 FPS video if the option appears
Select the highest video quality available
Start recording from the glasses or the app
If 60 FPS is not available, your model may not support it
Use the supported maximum frame rate for your device
Restart the glasses and phone if the setting does not appear
Re-pair the glasses if settings are missing
Record in good lighting for best 60 FPS results
