Enter your Apple ID email address
Follow the on-screen instructions to reset your password
Use your trusted phone number or trusted device to verify your identity
Check your email for password reset instructions if prompted
If you use two-factor authentication, enter the verification code sent to your trusted device or phone number
Create a new password after verification
Sign in again with the new password on your Apple devices and services
If you cannot access your trusted device or phone number, start account recovery at iforgot.apple.com
Contact Apple Support if you still cannot reset the password
