How To Make A Latte?

Brew espresso (1–2 shots) into a preheated cup

Steam milk to 55–65°C (about 150–200 ml for a single latte)

Purge steam wand briefly, then steam milk until smooth and lightly microfoamed

Tap and swirl the milk pitcher to integrate foam

Pour steamed milk over the espresso, holding back foam with a spoon if needed

Top with a thin layer of foam (optional)

Optional: dust with cocoa or cinnamon, or finish with latte art
