Download the latest BIOS file from the official ASUS support website
Read the BIOS update notes and confirm the file matches your exact model
Extract the downloaded file if it is in a ZIP archive
Copy the BIOS file to a FAT32-formatted USB flash drive
Restart the computer and enter BIOS by pressing Del or F2 during startup
Open ASUS EZ Flash Utility in the BIOS menu
Select the BIOS file from the USB drive
Confirm the update and wait until the process finishes
Do not turn off the computer or remove power during the update
Let the system restart automatically after the update completes
Enter BIOS again and load optimized defaults if needed
Save changes and exit BIOS
Verify the new BIOS version after reboot
