Open Chrome and sign in to your Google account
Make sure Chrome is updated to the latest version
Go to a website or app that supports passkeys
Open the account security or sign-in settings
Choose the option to create or add a passkey
Confirm your identity with your device screen lock, fingerprint, or face recognition
Save the passkey when Chrome prompts you
If prompted, choose your Chrome profile or Google account
Use your passkey the next time you sign in
Check Chrome password manager or Google Password Manager to manage saved passkeys
