Start with a square piece of paper
Fold the paper in half diagonally to make a triangle
Unfold it
Fold the paper in half diagonally the other way
Unfold it
Fold the top corner down to the center point
Fold the bottom corner up to the center point
Fold the left side inward to the center line
Fold the right side inward to the center line
Fold the top left and top right edges slightly outward to round the top
Fold the bottom point upward to shape the heart
Fold the side edges inward if needed to refine the shape
Press all creases firmly to finish the heart
