Wear safety goggles and gloves
Place an empty plastic bottle or tall container in a tray or sink
Pour about 1/2 cup of hydrogen peroxide into the bottle
Add a squirt of dish soap
Add a few drops of food coloring if desired
In a separate cup, mix warm water with dry yeast
Stir the yeast mixture well
Quickly pour the yeast mixture into the bottle
Step back and let the foamy reaction happen
Clean up the area after the reaction finishes
