Press and hold the Power button
Tap Power off on the screen
If prompted, tap Power off again to confirm
If the phone is frozen, press and hold the Power button and Volume Down button together for 10 to 20 seconds
Release the buttons when the phone turns off
If your phone uses on-screen controls, swipe down the Quick Settings panel and tap the Power icon
Select Power off
Confirm if needed
