How To Pull Back An Email In Outlook?

Open Outlook

Go to the Sent Items folder

Open the email you want to pull back

Select File

Choose Info

Click Resend or Recall

Select Recall This Message

Choose Delete unread copies of this message or Delete unread copies and replace with a new message

Check Tell me if recall succeeds or fails for each recipient if needed

Click OK

Note that recall only works in some Microsoft Exchange or Microsoft 365 accounts

Note that recall usually only works if the recipient has not opened the email

Note that recall may not work for recipients using other email clients or outside your organization
