How To Recall A Message In Outlook?

Open Outlook and go to the Sent Items folder

Double-click the message you want to recall to open it

Select File

Select Info

Select Message Resend and Recall

Select Recall This Message

Choose one of the following:

Delete unread copies of this message

Delete unread copies and replace with a new message

Select the option to tell you whether the recall succeeds or fails for each recipient if desired

Select OK

If replacing the message, edit the new message and send it again
