Press PrtSc (Print Screen) to capture the full screen to the clipboard
Press Alt + PrtSc to capture the active window to the clipboard
Press Windows + PrtSc to save a full-screen screenshot to Pictures > Screenshots
Press Windows + Shift + S to open Snipping Tool and select an area (screenshot copies to clipboard)
Open Start menu > type “Snipping Tool” > open Snipping Tool > choose New > select area
Use PrtSc + paste (Ctrl + V) in Paint/Word to save the screenshot
Use Snipping Tool/Screen Snip to paste (Ctrl + V) into Paint/Word to save the screenshot
