Open VRChat on Quest 3
Open the Quick Menu
Go to Settings
Check for a haptics or vibration option
Turn controller vibration on if available
Make sure Quest controller vibration is enabled in the headset system settings
Open Quest Settings
Go to Devices
Select Controllers
Enable haptics or vibration
Update VRChat to the latest version
Restart VRChat after changing settings
Restart the Quest 3 if haptics still do not work
Replace controller batteries if vibration is weak or missing
Test haptics in another VR app to confirm the controllers work
Note that VRChat on Quest may not support custom haptics settings beyond default controller vibration
