Open Settings
Tap Wi-Fi
Tap the connected network
Tap Configure IP
Select Manual
Enter the new IP address
Enter the subnet mask
Enter the router address
Tap Save
To change your public IP, turn Airplane Mode on and off
To change your public IP, restart your router
To change your public IP, use a VPN
To change your public IP on cellular, contact your carrier
