Go to https://www.amazon.com/gc/checkbalance
Sign in to your Amazon account (if prompted)
Enter the gift card claim code or gift card number and the verification code
Click Check balance
Review the available balance shown on the page
If the gift card is in your account, check your balance under Your Account → Gift Cards in your Amazon account
If you have a gift card from another Amazon region, visit the corresponding check-balance page for that country/marketplace
Contact Amazon Customer Service if the code is invalid or the balance doesn’t display
