Preheat the oven to 375°F
Pat the turkey leg dry
Rub the turkey leg with oil or melted butter
Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika
Place the turkey leg in a baking dish or on a lined baking sheet
Add a little water or broth to the pan
Cover loosely with foil
Bake for 60 to 90 minutes
Remove the foil for the last 15 to 20 minutes
Cook until the internal temperature reaches 165°F
Let the turkey leg rest for 10 minutes
Serve hot
