Open the PDF in a PDF reader
Select the text or image you want to copy
Right-click and choose Copy, or press Ctrl+C on Windows or Command+C on Mac
Paste it into the destination using Ctrl+V on Windows or Command+V on Mac
If the PDF is scanned, use OCR software first
If copying is blocked, use a PDF editor or converter
If needed, take a screenshot and extract the text with OCR
Save the copied content in the desired file or app
