Open Windows Security
Go to Virus & threat protection
Open Manage settings
Turn off Real-time protection
Turn off Cloud-delivered protection
Turn off Automatic sample submission
Turn off Tamper Protection
Open Task Manager
Disable startup items related to the software
Open Services
Stop the related service
Set the service startup type to Disabled
Open Task Scheduler
Disable related scheduled tasks
Open Apps & features
Uninstall the software if you do not want it installed
Restart the computer
If it turns back on, check for group policy or admin control
