Check your Microsoft account at https://account.microsoft.com/devices/recoverykey
Sign in with the account that was used on the PC
Look for the recovery key saved by your organization or school in Azure AD or Entra ID
Contact your work or school IT admin and ask for the BitLocker recovery key
Check a printed copy if you saved one when BitLocker was turned on
Check a USB flash drive if you saved the recovery key there
Look in a file you may have saved as a text document or PDF
Check a password manager or secure notes app if you stored it there
Ask the person who set up the device if they saved the key
If the device is managed by an organization, use the company portal or IT support tools to retrieve it
If you cannot find it, use the recovery options provided by your organization or Microsoft account recovery page
