Find the Strange Ox in the Druid Grove or later at Last Light Inn
Kill the Strange Ox
Loot the Strange Ox’s body
Take the ring from its inventory
If it transforms or becomes hostile, defeat it first before looting
If the ring is not present, reload and check the Ox again in a different act/location
