How To Grow Micro Herbs?

Choose micro herb seeds such as basil, cilantro, dill, parsley, arugula, radish, or mustard

Use a shallow tray or container with drainage holes

Fill the container with fine, sterile seed-starting mix or coconut coir

Moisten the growing medium evenly before planting

Scatter seeds densely across the surface

Press seeds gently into the medium

Cover lightly with a thin layer of soil if the seed type requires it

Mist the surface with water

Cover the tray with a lid or another tray until germination begins

Place the tray in a warm location

Remove the cover once sprouts appear

Provide bright light from a sunny window or grow light

Keep the light close to the seedlings

Water gently to keep the medium moist but not soggy

Avoid overwatering

Rotate the tray regularly for even growth

Harvest when the first true leaves appear or when shoots are 1 to 3 inches tall

Cut above the soil line with clean scissors

Reseed after harvest if desired

Keep tools and containers clean to prevent mold and disease
