Enter Creative Mode
Open the inventory
Search for End Portal Frame
Search for Eye of Ender
Place 12 End Portal Frames in a 3×3 square with the center empty
Make sure all 12 frames face inward
Insert 1 Eye of Ender into each frame
Fill all 12 frames with Eyes of Ender
Wait for the End Portal to activate
Step into the portal to enter the End dimension
