You cannot permanently remove an item from Amazon order history
You can archive the order in Your Orders
Go to Your Orders
Find the order
Select Archive order
Confirm the action
Archived orders can still be viewed in Archived Orders
To hide an item from an Amazon Household account, use separate accounts if possible
To remove order visibility from shared devices, sign out of Amazon on those devices
To delete browsing history related to the item, go to Browsing History and remove it
To delete search history related to the item, clear recent searches
To hide digital purchases, check content and device settings where applicable
