Get a bucket of water
Put milk and sugar into a bowl
Add the bowl to the ice cream maker (or use the ice cream machine if available)
Add ice and salt around the ice cream maker
Wait until the mixture becomes ice cream
Remove the ice cream and place it in a container
Serve or store the ice cream
