Preheat the oven to 425°F
Place a pie crust in a 9-inch pie dish
In a large bowl, whisk together 1 can pumpkin puree, 1 can sweetened condensed milk, 2 eggs, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, 1/2 teaspoon ginger, 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg, 1/4 teaspoon cloves, and 1/2 teaspoon salt
Pour the filling into the pie crust
Bake for 15 minutes
Reduce the oven temperature to 350°F
Bake for 35 to 40 minutes more, until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean
Remove from the oven and let cool completely
Chill before serving if desired
