Open your Google Sheet
Select the row or column you want to resize
Hover over the border between row numbers or column letters
Drag the border to the desired size
Double-click the border to auto-fit the cell size
Right-click the row number or column letter
Choose Resize row or Resize column
Enter the exact pixel size
Click OK
Use the Format menu
Select Row height or Column width
Enter the size you want
Click OK
