Open Steam
Go to your Library
Right-click the game
Select Properties
Open the Betas tab
Choose an older version if available
Wait for Steam to download the selected version
If no beta branch exists, check the game’s official support page for rollback options
If the game uses Steam Cloud, disable it before changing versions if needed
Back up your save files before rolling back
Reinstall the game if the rollback option does not work
Use a depot downloader only if you know the correct app and depot IDs
Restart Steam after the rollback is complete
