Press PrtScn to copy the full screen to the clipboard
Press Windows key + PrtScn to save the full screen to the Pictures > Screenshots folder
Press Alt + PrtScn to copy the active window to the clipboard
Press Windows key + Shift + S to open Snipping Tool and capture a selected area
Open Snipping Tool from the Start menu to take a screenshot manually
Press Fn + PrtScn on some keyboards if PrtScn requires the Fn key
Paste the copied screenshot into Paint, Word, or another app with Ctrl + V
