Check the package for damage and the expiration date
Open the package carefully and remove the condom
Find the inner ring at the closed end
Squeeze the inner ring and insert it into the vagina like a tampon
Push it in as far as it will go, with the inner ring near the cervix
Make sure the outer ring stays outside the vagina and covers the vaginal opening
Guide the penis into the condom during sex
If the penis slips outside the condom, stop and adjust it
After sex, twist the outer ring to keep semen inside
Gently pull the condom out
Throw it away in the trash
Use a new condom each time you have sex
Do not use it with a male condom at the same time
