Use Discord’s built-in AutoMod to block or filter specific words and phrases
Create a custom word filter in Server Settings > AutoMod
Add blocked keywords, phrases, or regex patterns
Set the action to block the message, send an alert, or timeout the user
Use role permissions to restrict who can send messages in a channel
Use channel overrides to limit posting for certain users or roles
Use bots with moderation features to filter or delete censored text
Use spoiler tags by wrapping text in double pipes: `||text||`
Use code blocks if you want text displayed without formatting: “`text“`
Edit or delete messages after they are posted if you have moderation permissions
