Enter Creative Mode
Open your inventory
Find the End Portal Frame blocks
Place 12 End Portal Frame blocks in a 3×3 square around an empty center
Make sure all 12 frames face inward toward the center
Find the Eye of Ender items
Place 1 Eye of Ender into each End Portal Frame
Fill all 12 frames with Eyes of Ender
Wait for the portal to activate
Step into the portal to enter the End
