Open the Facebook app or website and log in
Go to your profile
Click or tap About
Select Contact and basic info or Basic info
Find your birthdate
Click or tap Edit next to your birthdate
Change the day, month, and year
Choose the audience for who can see it
Click or tap Save
If prompted, confirm the change with your password or verification code
If you cannot edit it, check whether Facebook has limited recent changes to your birthdate
